Right of withdrawal & returns

Here you will find practical information on how to cancel your purchase or return a product.

If you want to use your right of withdrawal, you need to contact us before returning the product so that we can provide you with the correct return instructions.

I want to cancel my purchase

As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping via our webshop. The withdrawal period usually starts the day after you, or someone you have designated, has received the product.

You do not need to state a reason for canceling the purchase.

How to make a return

If you want to cancel your purchase, do the following:

  1. Contact us within 14 days from when you received the product.
  2. Provide the order number, name, and which product it concerns.
  3. Wait for return instructions from us.
  4. Pack the product carefully.
  5. Return the product according to our instructions.

Always contact us before returning a product. This is especially important if the return concerns a larger product, a vehicle, a battery, or a product with a lithium battery.

  • name

  • phone number
  • which product you want to return
  • if the product is used, assembled, or in unopened packaging
Return shipping

In case of withdrawal, the customer normally pays for the return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

The cost of return shipping depends on the product's size, weight, and how it needs to be transported. Smaller products can often be returned as a regular package, while larger products, vehicles, and batteries may require special transport.

If we assist in booking return shipping or send a return label, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund.

Pack the return properly

The product should be packed so that it is not damaged during return shipping. Preferably use the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, you need to use other packaging that protects the product in an equivalent way.

Remember to include all parts that came with the product, such as chargers, keys, manuals, accessories, and loose parts.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will process the refund. The refund is usually made to the same payment method used for the purchase.

If the product has been used or handled more than necessary, a depreciation deduction may be made before the refund.
